Our Mission
The Schlichte family, led by John and Barbara along with their five sons, has dedicated many years to military and law enforcement service. This extensive experience has given them firsthand insight into the unique challenges, sacrifices, and trials faced by those in military and public service roles.
Drawing from their personal experiences, the Schlichte family has established Warrior Rizen Ranch, a purpose-built facility designed to support and give back to fellow servicemen, servicewomen, and their families. This ranch serves as a sanctuary where military personnel and their loved ones can find respite, healing, and community.
By creating this supportive environment, the Schlichte family aims to help other military families navigate their challenges, drawing from their own experiences to provide meaningful support and recognition.
Programs and activities include
- Farm-to-Table Meals: A professional chef prepares meals using locally sourced or personally grown ingredients.
- Trail Riding: Horseback riding in the arena or through mountain trails.
