What we collect
When you share your ranch experience we collect your name, email, optional phone number, the files you upload, your story and the permissions you choose. We record a one-way scrambled form of your internet address to stop spam; we never store the address itself.
Who can see your files
Uploads are stored privately. Only authorized foundation staff can view them, using links that expire within minutes. Nothing appears publicly unless an administrator approves it and you gave publication permission.
Publication release
If you tick the publication box, you grant Warrior Rizen Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to show approved files on its website, social media and newsletter, credited as you request. You keep ownership. Photos of anyone under 18 also require a parent or guardian's approval. Before publishing, we remove location (GPS) data from photo copies.
Removal requests
You can withdraw permission or ask us to delete your files at any time. Contact us with your submission reference (it looks like WRF-ABC123) and the email you used. We aim to remove published items within 5 business days.
How long we keep files
Files we decline are deleted after 90 days. Approved files are kept while they're useful to the foundation's mission or until you ask us to remove them.
Newsletter
Sharing files never signs you up for email. The newsletter has its own separate opt-in.
